Hello NCCB members:
Many thanks to all of you who dropped off your music folders. If you were not able to do so, please contact me so we may make arrangements.
We are asking for volunteers to help transport all of the band’s music and equipment from Cube Smart storage (@$100/mo.) to a new storage area (@ $00.00/mo.) in Donelson on McGavock Pike, a block south of Lebanon Pike. Please contact me if you can help us on Monday, July 27 beginning at 9:00 AM and I will give you more info. The job should be finished by noon.
The board has voted unanimously that when we get back together again the band should take up a collection toward St. John’s Lutheran Church reconstruction.
Thanks to all of you board members who attended the meeting Monday night. It was great to see and talk with all of you. We got a lot done!
Our next board meeting will be Monday, September 7, 2020 at 6:30 PM at Donleson Heights United Methodist Church.
