Weather is sometimes a factor with outdoor performances. Our policy is to SHOW UP FOR EACH CONCERT unless you get specific communication ahead of time. Never assume a concert is cancelled, always show up and wait for further instructions. Changes will be communicated using email, remind.com texts, Facebook, Twitter, and phone calls where necessary.
Dress for all three concerts is white on top, black on the bottom. These are all outdoor performances, so short sleeves are perfectly acceptable. Try to avoid shorts if possible. We do understand that some people overheat much easier than others.
PLEASE BRING ALL NCCB MUSIC STANDS TO THESE CONCERTS. You may bring extra stands if you have one. Sometimes we need to use them. We still have a few "unassigned" NCCB stands. See me Sunday to claim one for the rest of the summer.

Enter the cemetery using the second entry and park in the large grass lot.
Drums, keyboard, string bass, etc. may use the main entrance to unload closer.
Please set up quietly. There are other events taking place.
