June 5 Concert Info and Summer Rehearsals

Posted By Keith Heim on June 1, 2016

Hello again, everyone. It has been a busy spring. This Sunday will be our fourth concert in a week, and our fifth since the beginning of April - not too shabby for a volunteer group on two hours of rehearsal each week!
With that in mind, and the fact that our next concert is scheduled in October, we have decided to take our summer break earlier than normal. Following the concert this Sunday, we are going to take off the rest of June, plus the first two Mondays of July. One of those two extra Mondays is July 4th, and the other is VBS at St. John's, so we cannot rehearse that night. This means our next rehearsal will be Monday, July 18, 7:00pm at St. John's Lutheran Church. I will email an address and directions as we get closer to that date. I want to sincerely thank everyone for your efforts this past few weeks. I know that Memorial Day weekend is always a heavy load for us, but it is incredibly important for a community group like ours to be a part of those type of events. The concerts were all outstanding!
Here is the information for this Sunday's concert in Centennial Park:
