The following information from Dan Shilstat.

We are invited by The American Legion Post 5 and The Davidson County Veteran's Coordinating Council for the McCrory Lane Cemetary on Sunday and by them for the Nashville National Cemetary on Monday. Each year instructions for Parking have been a bit different as have times.

Monday May 2nd at Goodletsville Elementary School. Be in seats at 6:30 pm and the Band plays a few warm-up marches as soon as we are ready. Program is 7-8:15pm. Dress is black and white.

Sunday-May 29th- Nashville Veteran's Cemetary on McCrory Lane-be parked and in your seats by 12:30pm. We play from 1-2pm. After this performance we pack up and go to Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens. We need to be there (HHMG) unload and reset and in our seats by 3pm. Performance is 3:30-4pm.

Monday-May 30th- Nashville National Veteran's Cemetary on Gallatin Road. We usually ask people to be in their seats by 12:30pm and ready to play. The Concert is 1-2pm, but we have to remain in our seats until the speakers are finished-about 3pm. Parking is usually on the road behind the Rotunda. There has been some discussion each year about which side of that road to park on because of Emergency Vehicles.

Sunday, June 19 (Father's Day), at Centennial Park Bandshell- downbeat at 7pm and the program lasts until dark at about 8:20pm. We ask people to be parked and in their seats by 6:30 pm.

Sunday, June 26th, at First Baptist Church of Fairview ( Bill Sherman's Church ). They usually call this a Pre 4th of July Program and have an indoor picnic for us in their social hall which is really good-the starting time for that is usually 4pm -we usually have a few people there to help set the Band up by 3:30pm--eat at about 4pm and the concert is about 5pm to 6pm or so ) I will talk with Bill Sherman next week to be sure these parameters are correct. ( The Concert is open to the public-the picnic is not )

July-October-- we are considering a program for the Tennessee School for the Blind in the Fall and the Band is considering taking a break during July and part of August. The exact dates and wheter that will happen have not been decided yet. There is another opportunity in September and possibly in October.

Monday November 7th at the Gordon Jewish Community Center for The Prime Time Group. The downbeat is at 7pm and we ask people to be there at 6:30 pm ready to play. The concert lasts until about 8:15pm and afterwards we have coffee and dessert.

( The Band members can bring a guest or two, but the program requires calling the GJCC for reservations and a fee for dessert-so while they welcome reservations-it is not public.)

Monday, December 5th, Christmas Program with The Tennessee School for The Blind. We ask people to be in their seats ready to play at 6:30pm and Concert is 7-8pm. After the Concert the Band hold an annual party in the TSB Bandroom for refreshments and awards.

December 5 until first Monday in February--Band is on hiatus.
